Prof. Dr. R.S. Yadav [MA (Double), MPhil, PhD (JNU)] is Dean, Academic Affairs at Pt. Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing & Visual Arts, Rohtak (Haryana) and Professor Emeritus, Jain Vishwa Bharti Institute, Ladnun (Rajasthan, Deemed University). Previously he was Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences (2014-16) and Chairman, Department of Political Science (2009 -16), Chairman, Defence & Strategic Studies (2010-16), Chairman, Department of Sociology (2016), Director, Gandhian Study Centre ( 2009-16), Director, MGAIS Coaching Institute (2008-16), Director, UGC-Academic Staff College (2003-05) at Kurukshetra University. He wrote 8 books and 83 research papers on India’s foreign policy and international relations and presented papers worldwide. He is editor of Political Discourse (A bi-Annual peer review Journal of Political Science), publishing since 2015.

Prof. Dr. Ravi P Bhatia is a peace researcher, educationist and works in the areas of environmentalism and Gandhian Studies. Trained as a Physicist in USA he has taught and worked in several institutions. He superannuated from Delhi University a few years back. Dr. Bhatia works in the areas of Gandhian Studies, Higher education, human rights and environmental issues. He is a member of the Gandhi Bhawan of Delhi University and a council member of International Peace Research Association (IPRA). He has published many articles and also writes poems in Hindi and English. Dr. Bhatia’s family belonged to Lahore (now Pakistan). With this family background, Dr. Bhatia has also a keen interest in partition issues and has written some articles on the subject. Dr Bhatia participates in conferences and seminars in India and abroad and has many articles to his credit. Last year he edited a book Religious Plurality, Gandhian Thought and Environmental Issues. He speaks several languages -- Punjabi, Sindhi, French in addition to Hindi and English.

Dr. Neha Kumari Murai is working as a Senior Executive at National Co-operative Development Council, Bhubneshwar, Odisha. She has done her M.A in Political Science from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. She got her Ph.D. from Department of Politics and International Relations, Central University of Jharkhand for her thesis on the “Role of World Health Organisation in Global Health: A Case Study of India”. Her areas of interest are International Organisations (WHO), Human Security, Global Health and Global Health Governance.
