Dr. Boby Narayan is working as Section Officer, Central Vigilance Commission, New Delhi. Previously, he was working in DRDO and also he was holding the post of Assistant Registrar in National Company Law Registrar, New Delhi.
He did M.A. in Sociology and English. He has pursued LL.B from Delhi University. He also holds an MBA along with PGDIM, PGDHRM, DIM, DLL and undergone Certificate courses in Consumer Psychology and Russian Language. He did Ph.D. from Department of Management, Rabindra Nath Tagore University, Bhopal in 2023. He has published several journal articles, book chapters in National and International repute. With that he also participated and presented papers in various Seminars/ Conferences nationally/Internationally. His research area was Skill Development and NGOs. But she has done wide-ranging research on non-conventional security issues.
He has received Best Paper Award at the International Conference on respectively Human Security and Governance” from Interdisciplinary Institute Indian Institute of Human Security and Governance, New Delhi in 2022.
At present, he is pursuing LL.M. He is also a short story writer and occasionally writes poems in Hindi.

Dr. Sreemati Ganguli

Dr. Sreemati Ganguli did her Ph.D. in international relations from Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She was a Fellow in Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Institute of Asian Studies, Kolkata and Institute of Foreign Policy Studies, University of Calcutta. Her research interests include Indian foreign policy orientations, Eurasian geopolics, Silk Road connectivity in the post-Cold War context, and energy security as part of a global and comprehensive security structure. She authored two books - 'Indo-Russian Relations 1992-2002: The Making of A Relationship' (2009) and 'Russia and the Central Asian Republics: Post-Soviet Engagements' (2012). Her articles were published in many national and international volumes like Marlene Laruelle-Sebastyen Peyrouse (ed). ‘Mapping Central Asia: Indian Responses and Strategies’ (2011). She organized an international conference on contemporary Asian energy scenario and the proceedings were published under her editorship as a volume titled ' Strategizing Energy: An Asian Perspective' (2014). She also contributed on the theme of energy security in international journals like Central Asia and the Caucasus, Central Asia- Caucasus Analyst, Caucasus International, Strategic Analysis (Routledge) as well as in international edited volumes like M. Dr. Amrita Banerjee is working as Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Bidhan Chandra College (Asansol), under Kazi Nazrul University, West Bengal. Previously she was teaching at Vivekananda College for Women, Barisha, Kolkata, under Calcutta University, Kolkata. She is the Invitee Guest/Resource Person in the One-year Diploma Course on Human Rights and Duties Education, under the Department of International Relations, Jadavpur University Kolkata since 2014.

She did M.A. and Ph.D. from Department of International Relations, Jadavpur University, Kolkata. She has published several journal articles, book chapters in National and International repute. With that she also participated and presented papers in various Seminars/ Conferences Internationally. Her research area is South Asia, Human Rights and Gender. But she has done wide-ranging research on non-conventional security issue specially on “Trafficking of Women and Children”.
